RENTAL AGREEMENT:

-All deposits are Non-refundable and Non-Transferable.

-You have to notify the company 48 hours prior to your reservations for any changes(Updates/Cancellations). We don't accept same day cancellations.

-Wait Time Fee Policy: For Point to point order, the wait time fee will be applied exactly after the scheduled pickup time based on driver's availability . You need to make sure to schedule your pickups correctly . The fee is listed per vehicle per minute:

VAN $3.00 Per Minutes, SUV $2.0 per minutes,  Sedan $1.0 per minutes.

AIRPORT WAIT TIME FEE POLICY:

-PER COMPANY POLICY, FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS, WE WAIT 30 MINUTES  FREE OF CHARGES FOR THE PASSENGERS TO BE IN THE CAR FROM THE TIME THEIR FLIGHT LANDS, THEN WE CHARGE PER MINUTE FOR THE ADDITIONAL WAIT TIME FEE AT FEES LISTED PER VEHICLE TYPE PER MINUTE: VAN $3.00 Per Minutes, SUV $2.0 per minutes, Sedan $1.0 per minutes.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTAL DELAYS FROM THE TIME YOUR FLIGHT ARRIVES AND THE WAIT TIME FEE STILL APPLIES. **

- IF YOU BOOK A MEET AND GREET SERVICE WITH US AND WE WERE UNABLE TO PICK YOU UP INSIDE AS REQUESTED, WE WILL HAPPILY REFUND YOUR MEET AND GREET FEE CHARGED BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. MEET AND GREET SERVICE MIGHT NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN DUE TO UNFORSEEN CONSTRUCTIONS CLOSURE INSIDE THE AIRPORT OR DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS THAT PARKINGS ARE EITHER FULL/NO CAPACITY OR CLOSED UNDER CONSTRUCTIN AND THE DRIVER IS UNABLE TO FIND PARKING BEFORE THE FLIGHT ARRIVAL TIMES. THE FEE FOR MEET AND GREET SERVICE IS $45 WHICH IS EXCLUSIVE OF WAIT FEE.

-FOR CURBSIDE PICKUPS, PLEASE BE AWARE BASED ON AIRPORT LAW, NO VEHICLE CAN STAY INSIDE THE AIRPORT. THERE IS AN AIRPORT DESIGNATED HOLDING LOT FOR ALL COMMERCIAL VEHICLES TO WAIT FOR THEIR PASSENGERS TO LAND, GET READY AND BE OUTSIDE BY THE CURB. DEPEDNING ON THE TRAFFIC AND TIME OF THE DAY OR DAY IN THE YEAR, THE ENTRACE OF AIRPORT WILL HAVE MILD TO HEAVY TRAFFIC AND PICKUP TIMES FOR CURBSIDE WILL VARY SINCE THIS HOLDING LOT IS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE AIRPORT FACILITY. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW SPECIFICALLY FOR TRAVELRS FROM OUT OF STATE.

HOURLY SERVICE POLICY:

The minimum to book a car on hourly basis is 4 hours and rate varies per vehicles plus tax and surcharge. If you go over the 4 hours, we will charge you for the additional time for waiting at the end of your trip. IF YOU KNOW AHEAD OF TIME HOW MANY HOURS YOU NEED THE DRIVER AND CAR FOR, PLEASE BOOK US FOR THAT MANY HOURS, KEEPING IN MIND 4 IS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SO WE CAN MAKE SURE THE DRIVER'S SCHEDULE IS CLEARED AND HE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO STAY. THE ADDITIONAL HOUR IS CHARGED AT FULL PRICE PER HOUR PER VEHICLE EVEN IF YOU KEEP THE DRIVER 5 MINUTES OVER THE SCHEDULED TIME, YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE TO PAY FOR FULL HOUR.

-The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

-Any fines will be paid for by the customer.

-The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).

-It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.

-Our Fleets are NON-SMOKING Vehicles!!!

-Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).

-Not responsible for articles left in the Vehicles. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

-The client and/or booking party agrees to pay immediately for any damage caused to our fleets and authorizes charges to be applied to his/her credit card on file with our office.

- ALL THE CHARGES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE RIDE.

DAMAGE CHARGES AS FOLLOWS:

Standing out of Moon Roof / Use of narcotics in Any of our vehicles (SUV/Sedan/Van/Limos): Unlawful Run Terminated!!
__Sickness in Car: $500.00.
__Burn or Tear in Headliner - Seats- Doors : $1500.00 each
__Burn or Tear in Carpet $850 each
__Broken or missing Decanters: $650.00 each
__Broken or Missing Glasses: $950.00 each.

__Car Wash needed after Extreme Dirt/ Weather condition: $70 Each Vehicle.

California State Law:  Drinking/Consuming/Carrying Alcoholic Beverages is extremely prohibited in all our vehicles and is pursuant by law and will cause immediate Termination of the ride with no refund!! THE CLIENT AGREES THAT THE COMPANY IS FULLY AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE HIS/HER CREDIT CARD FOR ALL CHARGES AND FEES BASED ON THIS CONTRACT. THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES TO HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY BOTH SIDES OF THIS CONTRACT.
